Function & Venue Hire
If you want to create a memorable event, our function room really is a unique and very cost effective setting for your special occasion.
Set in a picturesque area of Heathmont, in a secluded - yet very accessible – location, with exceptional views of the Dandenong Ranges, your guests will be able to enjoy your event and the stunning setting in undisturbed privacy.
The function room itself is full of rustic charm, which sets it apart from many standardised contemporary venues. With the flexibility of arranging it however you wish, our function room it is essentially a ‘blank canvas’ for you to create your perfect event.
Outside we have a modern decking area overlooking the greens with BBQ facilities if required. Barefoot bowling can also be arranged for your guests, to give them an even more memorable experience.
The function room's fully licensed onsite bar is very well stocked with cheaper than pub drink prices and the option to run a bar tab for your guests.
As we don’t have onsite caterers you have the added benefit – including considerable cost savings - of not being tied to venue caterers. This enables you to choose to self-cater in our fully commercial kitchen for your function, or to bring your own caterers along to provide your guests with exactly the food that you want and not from an expensive set menu.
Whether you are organising a birthday party, family celebration, wedding, engagement party, christening, sports presentation, staff Christmas party, team building or a corporate event our function room, bar and facilities make up the ideal venue to create a unique and memorable experience for you and your guests.

Fully Licensed Bar
We operate a very well stocked, fully licensed bar. We offer the option to add a bar tab for your guests at the function also available.

Commercial Kitchen
A full commercial kitchen is available for your personal use, or for your choice of caterers. BBQs also available.
BAREFOOT BOWLS
Barefoot Bowls is available to add “lots of Fun” to your function if required. The club will supply all the equipment, and experienced bowlers will be provided to teach your guests the “basics”.

How many people can the venue seat?
150 people for sit-down meals
Can we set up a bar tab?
A: Yes. You can set a bar tab and specify what types of drinks you want it to cover. Alternatively you can let your guests pay for drinks themselves.
Can we do our own catering?
Yes. You can choose to do your own catering in our commercial kitchen, or choose to use your caterer of choice. The club’ own caterer is also available. BBQs are also available to use.
How much does it cost?
$200 for Club members (members for 2 years). For non-members a very reasonable rate will be applied, depending on specific requirements, to cover our overheads.
Do you have bar facilities?
Yes. We have a very well stocked, fully licensed bar with very low drink prices. We also supply bar staff for your function.
